Terry Field & Associates LLC is bringing the personal touch back to recruiting and placement. In a world where jobs get posted all over the country and applications come in droves, candidates are getting ghosted and frustrated by the number of applications they submit compared to the interviews/ offers they receive. I aim to cut through that with targeted searches and clear communication with both clients and candidates.
I started this business to help people navigate the job market and to help companies fill the holes in their organizations. My goal is simple: Help people. Having worked at other agencies and learning from colleagues. I have learned a lot about how to recruit successfully. I have placed individuals across multiple fields from entry level to director level. I have had success in the following areas: Human Resources, Accounting, Sales, Environmental Health & Safety and IT. Along the way I have been blessed to work with some truly amazing professionals and am continuing to learn each and every day. No day is exactly the same in this industry and that’s what keeps me going.

When you are looking for someone to fill a hole in your organization, it can be difficult to handle the volume of applications that come in. By working with me, I will learn the key points that will need addressed by the incoming employee and will be able to relay those thoroughly to the candidate, ensuring a great match. I am not looking to throw something against the wall. I am looking to add value to your organization by providing candidates that are hard-working, great people that will continue to grow within your organization for years to come. In addition to working with active candidates, I will be looking to engage with those actively working who have not been actively applying to roles.

The process starts with a conversation. In order to get you where you want to be, I need to learn about where you’ve been. Through an honest conversation I will be able to understand what it is that you are looking for and be able to present you to companies that align with your goals and values. Communication is everything and I will be keeping my eyes and ears open for an opportunity that fits your goals and preferences.
